Refund Policy

AmplifyPM offers digital products and services for purchase to its readers and subscribers, including downloads and online services.
Unless stated otherwise, all sales of products and services are final.
Please note:
- Programs that have limited spaces and/or are delivered over a short, defined period (e.g. a one-day workshop) and/or involve a high-degree of individualized support (e.g, 1:1 coaching calls) generally do not offer refunds. If in doubt, please contact our support team.
- Refunds on courses, when supported, are discretionary. In order to qualify for a refund you may need to meet certain criteria. E.g. if you download all of the training materials or complete more than 30% of the course and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request.
- Please refer to each individual product’s refund policy or contact our support team regarding the specific criteria needed to qualify for a refund.
Return Process
To return an item, email us at support@amplifypm.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will assist you with the next steps.
Refunds
After receiving your request and approving your return, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed. We will issue a refund to your original payment method, unless otherwise notified.
