Fast-Track to Product Leader

Titles can vary between companies and regions, but typically “Product Leader” in my program refers to:

• Group Product Manager
• Head of Product
• Director of Product Management
• Principal Product Manager

This program is designed for Senior Product Managers (typically 7-11 years experience, though it can vary).

Senior PMs know how to do the job and are reasonably good at it. Now, they need to acquire the right set of skills to make the big leap to Product Leader.

While the program is designed for Senior PMs, the principles and strategies taught in the program can be immensely helpful if applied early in your PM career.

This is a very high-touch, highly-personalized program – and for this reason, I can only take on a certain number of clients. If you’re an early-career PM but are highly motivated and aiming for rapid growth, go ahead and book a discovery call.

This is a very personalized, high-touch coaching experience. I only work with a small number of dedicated PMs at a time.

For this reason, I can only onboard a few clients each month. Go ahead and book a discovery call – even if spots fill up, you will be given priority access to new spots as they open.

Short answer: ~4 months.

The first thing I will do is calibrate exactly where you are today and what skills you need to become a Product Leader.

Then I will create a customized game plan and set priorities for you on how to close the gaps identified. The larger the gaps, the longer it might take you to complete the program.

4 months is typically what clients need to make transformative changes that set them up for success.

Your transformation depends on where you are, where you want to be, how hard you work, etc. The best way to determine this is to book a discovery call, so I can assess this personally.

That said – this program is an investment. I am teaching you 1:1, personally, for months. This program is designed to be a high-touch, premium service – because it is very important to me that you get results.

If after the discovery call, you decide the program is too expensive for you even after factoring in the big financial gains you will see as a Product Leader – no problem! It might be the right fit for the future, or maybe not. Either way, you will leave with insights and a strategy to help you on your way.
